Refund policy

At Elara, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions: We will only consider a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To raise an exception request, contact us at ayushsinghh177@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
